Why your neighbors choose us

Built different, honestly.

We install in Summerlin, Henderson, Spring Valley, and every nearby neighborhood you can name. Our systems are made for the hardest water around — yours.

What’s actually in Las Vegas tap water.

About 90% of the valley’s water comes from Lake Mead via the Colorado River — hard and high in dissolved solids. Across the homes we’ve installed in, the numbers come back in roughly the same range:

  • Hardness: ~16 grains per gallon / ~278 ppm (EPA calls 7+ “very hard”)
  • TDS: 600-700 ppm from Colorado River mineral load
  • Chlorine + chloramines from municipal treatment
  • That flat, slightly chemical treated-water taste

Your neighbors already had this conversation.

We’ve installed across Summerlin, Henderson, Green Valley, Spring Valley, Anthem, Centennial Hills. Most people are surprised by what the local water is doing to their appliances and skin. A few aren’t. Either way, we tell you straight.

“I just wanted to know what we were drinking. They walked me through the numbers for our neighborhood, gave us a quote I could sit on, didn’t push anything. Two weeks later we called them back. Zero pressure the whole time.”
— Brett H., Anthem

FAQs

Real questions from real homeowners

How hard is Las Vegas water exactly?
The valley’s water averages around 16 grains per gallon (about 278 ppm). The EPA calls anything above 7 gpg “very hard.” It comes from Lake Mead via the Colorado River — hard and high in dissolved solids.
Do I need a softener, a filter, or both?
Hardness and dissolved solids are both high in Vegas. A softener handles the scale, dry skin, and spotty dishes. A filter removes chlorine and that flat treated-water taste. Most homes here benefit from both, which is what our Complete Home System bundles.
What happens after I submit the form?
We text you within 5 minutes — usually faster. You tell us what you’re seeing in your home and we’ll send a real quote within 24 hours. No high-pressure sales call, no upsell game.
What if I’m not sure I need a system?
Tell us that on the form. If the symptoms you’re describing point at something other than a softener or filter, we’ll say so. Our reputation is built on people referring us six months later, not on closing today.
How fast can you actually install?
Most valley homes get scheduled within the same week of accepting the quote. Evenings and Saturdays available. The install itself is 3-5 hours.
